"Property is beautiful, and very spacious. Your own quite corner with visually stunning views down into the Santiam river. Inside and out was clean and plenty of opportunities for professional photos, which we used as our wedding reception venue."

"We had an amazing time. The house was comfortable and clean. We would love to stay there again! It was a beautiful weekend and a huge part of that was having such a lovely place to stay!"

"Everything was exactly as described. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels and a spacious kitchen. There is a lovely, fenced in backyard that our dogs greatly appreciated and some cute bicycles in the garage. There are plenty of places to eat and a couple grocery stores within walking distance. There is a also a walking path and park nearby. We stayed 3 nights. We would 100% stay here again."

"All twelve of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space and everything was high-quality. Funcy!"

"Great location for a girls long weekend, celebrating our 50th, in wine country! The duplex was clean upon arrival. Had all the essentials needed. 8 of us fit comfortably and did not feel cramped. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely recommended!"

"Took a coastal road trip with my sister. We hit all the good hikes! Booked this place as a central place to stay and loved it! We needed to come in a day early and she was very quick to respond to our request and accommodate. The only thing that threw off the trip was the road construction in front of the house and the spider webs that were waiting every morning at the entrance. We placed the broom by the front and knocked them down daily. None of this could that the owner control so still rated...

"We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful stay at this quaint studio in Philomath. It was convenient for all things Oregon State related and located conveniently to grocery and restaurants. It was everything we needed to visit our daughter at school."

Those views…My husband, myself and our 3 adult kids and spouses stayed here for a family wedding in town, no one once turned on the tv and they were barely on their phones - that says it all. "The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. "This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay."
