"The hotel staff was unfriendly, and the sheets and furniture were dirty. I requested new sheets, but they never arrived. I then went to the lobby and asked for a refund because the room was not clean. The staff put me in another room, which had mold all over the table and was also dirty. I felt uncomfortable there, so I checked out two hours into my stay. The property definitely needs an upgrade. "

"Staff and room service were lovely just delightful.
But the room it self one phone doesnt work, shower flooded the side we told reception twice and nothing was done during our 3 day stay.
The pool is across the road you have to go out of the resort through an under pass, but once you are there its all good.
Beach a bit stoney, but you can manage, Staff in the pool were lovely again.
My gripes are, room floors were sticky, showers leak on the side no where near the door, they need to do more...

"Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud.
