"Generous space for our group of 12. We practically lived in the game room for meals and fun time with the kids. Mornings having coffee in the Great Room, watching the sun come up over the lake, was such a great quiet time. Pleanty of parking. It was a good weekend."

"This lake house is a perfect for a quiet restful time away. It had everything we needed and then some and very clean. We loved having the little pontoon boat to paddle around the lake on and the kids enjoyed the fishing poles provided. My favorite was the fire pit table and comfy chairs in the carport! Would definitely recommend! "

"We are a family of four generations who was looking for a safe place to do some generational digging and healing. This space ended up being the perfect place for us to do just that. It was peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and provided every amenity we could have possibly wanted. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful and hospitable going above and beyond. "We love the privacy of this property. The lakefront is great for kids. OK lake for small bass with numerous bluegills. Our idyllic tranquility was interrupted for two days by the sound of chainsaws and beeping equipment as tree removers worked all around the house. "

"We had such an amazing time at the log cabin and by the end of our trip we all wished we could have stayed longer. The cabin itself is in great condition - super clean and well stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay (and then some!). We mainly spent our time outdoors either kayaking, playing on the water trampoline (which was a huge hit with the kids AND adults), enjoying the beautiful view from the patio, or fishing. When we needed a break from the heat the air conditioned cabin...

"Such a great spot to stay at. We loved the big wooden double front doors and the super high ceilings! The kitchen was big and very adequate. Even though it is right downtown it felt very private and we didn’t notice a lot of noise. "

"Sunset Cottage was wonderful for our family getaway over the 4th of July. The cottage is clean, well-stocked, and has a wonderful view of the lake. The inclusion of the pontoon makes this rental perfect! The owners are responsive and make your stay easy. Hope to be back again sometime!"
