"This was a really nice place for my family of 3. We had some problems with check in and the apartment initially. They were all resolved after a few contacts with GuestReady, but it was not as easy as I thought it would be working with a property company. We also had to buy several items from IKEA for our 2 week stay in order to actually make use of the kitchen."

"The apartment was cute and clean, however it was MUCH smaller and cramped in person than the picture look online. A few things...the washer did not work and we were at the end of our trip. We really needed to wash a load of clothes but couldnt. And, the microwave didnt work properly. We tried to pop a bag of popcorn and it acorched two of them so we gave up on that. Lastly, there was not a single paper towel and only one dish cloth. Overall, it was ok. It did the job, but would not rent again. "

"We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating. The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day. "

Not only was it a clean and beautiful apartment, but it was centrally located, easy to get in and out of with access codes, the staff provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and local activities, and they also left delicious snacks and rose for us. "The property itself was great. Personal opinion... larger hot water tank. Host were available to sort out a tv issue...you're welcome. The garbage cans just outside of the door are a nuissance, and makes the area uninviting. Tram is very loud and room shaking, but awesome for travel as the stop is literally outside the door. Overall an excellent hub to plan travel around and visit the city."
