"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! "Very nice staff. Limited contact. Apts were too close for a peaceful night. Units are very outdated and basic. Air conditioning is excellent though. Best part was proximity to best beaches. Uber extremely reliable. I am a solo female senior traveler. Will go back to the island and choose a bigger property. "Pool" is really a hot tub. Just saying."

"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!."

"Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "

We were two couples and there was plenty of space and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was nice. Nothing within walking distance, so recommend you have a car if you want to get anything or go anywhere."
