"It was a wonderful trip from beginning to end. My first time here and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, garden view was nice. I was close to the beach with chairs and beach towels included. Beachfront bar with service on the beach was a nice touch. Food menu was original and good."

"We loved being on the ground floor and walking out to the pool for a morning swim. Large room with kitchenette. Really fun location. I was impressed to receive a message even before I got home that I had left my phone charger behind! Not for beach swimmers or those with problems climbing stairs to a 2nd or 3rd floor room though! The Gap is a lively place at night, but in the oceanfront rooms with the bathroom door closed you can not hear the music at night, I hear this is not the case for some rooms near the street. "The staff are very friendly and helpful. All willing to help whether it be reception staff, beach staff, or any staff. Reception staff noticed from my passport that it was a special birthday for me so they left me a beautiful little birthday cake in my room! Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bed was super comfortable. The beach is gorgeous with safe swimming, and I love the gardens with the beautiful trees and plants, and the pools."
