"My honest review is that I found the staff outside of the manager very dry and disengaged. There was a young lady that was a part of the wait staff in the evening that was very polite and helpful as well. The location was a little inconvenient but very quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average even though the scrambled eggs were a little too wet for my liking. The manager tried his best to make us feel welcome and comfortable but the other members at the front dropped the ball. "

"All staff was very helpful as we have very little understanding of Turkish language. They all were very kind….a common trait of the Turkish people. Especially, Elif in the restaurant. Very very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the garden room with access to outside courtyard which is strategically placed below grade…..blocking the wind and much of the noise from the city above."

Es ist sehr Zentral und Besiktas ist in 5 min. erreichbar. Ich bin immer in verschiedenen Hotels um auszuprobieren aber hier würde ich definitiv wieder hingehen. "
