The staff are warm and professional, and the location is good for sightseeing by taxi, though less ideal for walking since the hotel sits on a hill. "the hotel has a central ac that can’t turn certain rooms cooler than others so they only had heat. room was super hot. aside from that it was nice."

"The staff were so helpful specifically izmet and nesrin. They recommended really nice places to visit and made sure to order us taksis everyday. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location and the terrace has an amazing view."

"Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Aussicht vom Bett hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sehr Zentral und Besiktas ist in 5 min. erreichbar. Ich bin immer in verschiedenen Hotels um auszuprobieren aber hier würde ich definitiv wieder hingehen. "
