"Had an initial mix-up but after that it was a nice stay and Carlos was super helpful and friendly. The beach is close by, the domes are fun and there is wildlife all around with a monkey troupe in the trees above each evening. The nearby bioluminescent bay is a highlight.Thank you!"

"We were in CR for a month and stayed here for five days. We loved the quiet gated community with a pool and plenty of wildlife. The villa was perfect for us with just a short drive to several beaches and markets. "No towel service, people could not enter the pool because hand rails to low, tv service was terrible, asked cleaning lady for towels she never brought them, nobody ever came around to see if everything is okay, so we left after two nights and had to book a hotel elsewhere, is it possible to get a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay"

"We stayed for one amazing night at Tree house El Rio. It is a real tree house built on two massive trees. You can hear the river which is right out the front balcony. and you are fully immersed in nature. While on our visit we saw scarlet macaw’s and toucans flying and perched in the canopies on the property. "Beautiful property with an incredible view. The driveway is not for the faint-hearted, ensure you have a 4x4 capable vehicle and avoid coming after dark for your first night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to make a couple meals at home. Our host Carlos was a extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely come back some day!"

"The pictures posted by the host accurately depict this property. The views and pool really are this great! In fact, the whole property is gorgeous. The host is very helpful, responsive and pleasant. The location is fairly remote and as such there aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby. The closest we saw was a soda at the paquera ferry landing, but by the time we got there, they had closed for the night.
