Mar Azul Beachfront 7th floor unit with amazing views

The beachfront unit is located on the 7th floor and faces the ocean. Enjoy great ocean views from all the property. There is an L-shaped balcony that is great to enjoy the breeze and views.

The unit has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining room. There is a family room with a TV and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a two twin sizes together that make a king size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. In addition to the master bathroom, there is a full and a half bathroom in the hallway.

Mar Azul is a beachfront Condominium located in Aguada, a short 5-minute drive from Rincon. There is gated access, secure parking, swimming pool facilities, a "beach" volleyball court area, a sitting and lounge area by the pool, modern lobby facilities, and direct access to the beach.

Many restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy around!

A rental car is highly recommended.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!!! I spent a lot of time on the balcony just gazing at the ocean, mountains, and the sunsets. The pool is large and beautiful, and the nice beach is just steps from the condo. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool and ocean, and walking the beach finding sea glass. There's also a volleyball court by the pool/ocean, and a nice covered patio/sitting area by the pool. Rincon is just a short drive away, with good restaurants, souvenirs and their festival in the plaza on Thursday nights. The condo was very clean. It has a large master bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The bedrooms all had AC, with an option to leave the fan running throughout the night for white noise, which was nice. All of the rooms also had beautiful views of the ocean! Nice open living, dining and kitchen area, where we gathered in the evenings. All of the kitchen appliances you'll need, including a dishwasher, which was nice when we did most of our cooking/eating at the condo. The living area doesn't have AC, but it stayed very comfortable with the fans in the living room and kitchen. There's a covered parking spot, and the condo is very safe and secure. The host communicated well and was very responsive during our stay. I would highly recommend this condo, and we will be looking to book it again when we come back to beautiful Puerto Rico!

Wonderful getaway relaxing setting

The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Views from the balcony were stunning at sunset (and wonderful at sunrise). Property managers were friendly and responded quickly to any and all communications.The two twin beds pushed together to form a larger bed is not ideal but it also did not detract from the overall experience.The pool was clean and comfortable. Beach access was easy and the beach was clean. If you don't want to drive for your meals there are a couple of restaurants within a 15 minute walk on the beach. Guayabos Sea Breeze (and our server Carla) was our favorite go to for good food, ample servings, and friendly atmoshere. A good bakery is nearby and they also serve a limited lunch.You really need a car to visit this area as attractions, towns, etc are spread out and not easily accessible without a vehicle.If you want a wonderful area to visit and to relax then this is a great place to spend your time. We will return to the area and definitely stay in this unit when we return.

Great Ocean view

Great location in the middle of everything you want to see. You definitely want to make sure you have a rental car and don’t worry, you’ll get use to driving the tiny roads. My only complaint is that the queen bed is two twins pushed together and mattresses in the other room you can feel all the springs. BUT I didn’t come here to sleep so it was manageable.

We stayed for a month in this very well appointed condo. It is in a very convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. 4he view from the large balcony was beautiful. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night

The condo was just as described with beautiful views from every window and the balcony. It was clean and comfortable and the property was well maintained. There are many food vendors and restaurants in the area and the beach was beautiful. There was good communication with the host and any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. We would stay there again.

The Good, the Bad and not so Ugly

(THE GOOD) The view is most incredible!! The unit was very clean with towels in each bath and starter soaps along with coffee filters and a starter of coffee. Many different restaurants to choose from. (THE BAD) We arrived in the evening and getting through the gate was a hassle. We had to talk with 3 different people to gain access to the property. When we finally got to the room, we discovered the only rooms with A/C were the 2 BR's and the TV room. The living room, kitchen and dining room were NOT provided with A/C. This was not disclosed in the VRBO description, but I never asked either. The key fob that allows you access to the building and to the ocean did not work very well as you had told it and then move it and move it and hold it. NOT A VERY GOOD SYSTEM. There were also cameras in the condo that was not disclosed until you got there. These I covered during our stay. (VERY CREEPY) There were 2 lights in the hallway that could not be turned off which made sleeping a little difficult. Some of the pictures on VRBO are not accurate. One picture shows a BBQ grill on the deck, and it is not there. The king and queen beds are actually twin beds pushed together which leaves a gap in the center. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! There were 2 internet networks, one we could never connect to after many attempts and the other was extremely slow. The TV in the TV room was password protected and we were not given a password. (This might have been caused by a previous guest)

Beautiful Views

The wraparound balcony was the highlight of the property for me. Cool breezes and incredible views made sitting outside my favorite thing to do. Only glitch was the elevator was not working when we arrived and my 87 year old mother-in-law wasn't able to walk up seven flights of stairs. Realtor (Laly) did a great job of finding us a temporary place to stay and we were able to get into the apartment later that evening.

Casual beach trip

Great views, spacious, and great pool setup. Some of the features of the house were a bit worn (fold out couch not usable as a bed as it was broken, toilet needed wiggling to keep it from running, biggest frying pan worn out). But overall pleasant and lovely.

Beautiful Family Vacation

The condo so spacious & very clean amazing sunrise & sunset. The pool is beautiful perfect for the kids & being on the beach was truly the best part to me. Great location food is close by so are the bakeries. I would love to go back soon.
