Come and enjoy a pleasant beachfront apartment located in Cap d'Agde, in the highly sought-after Rochelongue district.

The beach is located at the foot of the residence with almost direct access. You can also enjoy the very lively and family atmosphere of the Mail de Rochelongue, with its many shops, restaurants, entertainment, local markets and concerts throughout the summer season.

A lively and friendly area, ideal for making the most of family holidays, while being close to the centre of Cap d'Agde and all its infrastructures.

Located on the 4th floor with lift, This crossing and very bright apartment has been decorated with care to allow you to spend a pleasant stay.

It consists of:

* a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
* a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and trundle bed, which can accommodate up to 5 people in total

🌊 A patio with sea view, ideal for lunch or a drink facing the sea, to the sound of the waves.

🐶 Small dogs are welcome!

As a small dog owner, I accept dogs up to a maximum of 10 kg, with an additional charge of €50 per stay.

Dogs must be able to stay alone in the apartment and not be particularly barking, in order to respect the tranquility of the residence and the neighborhood 🐾

🧼 RECEPTION AND CONCIERGE

The apartment is managed on site by a concierge who welcomes guests and cleans them before each arrival.

🕒 Arrival from 3pm
🕚 Departure no later than 11am

These hours allow the concierge to carefully prepare the apartment between each stay.

🛏️ Bed linen and towels: option at €20 per stay for all travellers, regardless of the number of people (3 or 5 travelers for example).

Options are to be paid directly with the concierge.
