Less than 50 meters from the sea, second line of the sea and near the Cap d'Agde international golf course and the International Tennis center, magnificent contemporary villa of 200m2 of high standing, fully air conditioned, comfortably furnished for 8 people facing full south on a landscaped garden of 1000M2 fully enclosed.
Easy parking inside the property. Upmarket furnishings and decoration.
Large room of 100m2 facing south with bay windows overlooking an infinity pool of 10x3.5 heated to 28 degrees and a paddling pool of 3x3 for children. In the lounge area a large 2m TV screen is available. The living room also has an interior patio.
The villa consists of:
2 parental suites
1st suite with 180cm bed and bathroom (freestanding bathtub + walk-in shower and double sink)
2nd suite with 140cm bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and basin
2 bedrooms of 18M2 with 140cm beds with shared bathroom with a freestanding tub with double sinks and walk-in shower
Kitchen with granite worktop composed of a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, built-in coffee machine and nespresso.
Desk (2 high chairs and 2 umbrella beds)
Cellar with washing machine, dryer, freezer, nespresso, bread machine, juicer and juicer. electric.
tv wifi included in the rental.
The garden has a large garden furniture, a fenced play area with trampoline, swing and wooden hut, a summer kitchen, a table for 10 people, a weber barbecue, a table tennis table and 6 deckchairs.

Bed linen and towels are included. Beds are made upon arrival.
Cleaning fee (cleaning during the stay + final cleaning + pool and garden maintenance) throughout your stay 200 euros per week.

Haus sehr schön wie beschrieben. Aussenbereich und Pool ein Traum! Es gibt nur zu wenig Ablageflächen in den Bädern. Ich kann das Haus guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind (1). Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Eine tolle Woche in einem super schönen Haus

Wir hatten eine großartige Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus, entspricht absolut den Beschreibungen.Das Haus ist neuwertig, sehr großzügig, auch die Zimmer und der Garten ist mit verschiedenen Plätzen sehr schön angelegt. Der Pool war beheizt - toll.Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, haben uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben, der Check-in war top, wir durften sogar früher in das Haus. Bei Rückfragen und einem kleinen Defekt wurde direkt reagiert und geholfen. In der Mitte der Woche wurde das Haus noch einmal gereinigt.Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, wo aktuell noch auf dem ein oder anderen Grundstück gebaut wird.Die Vermieter haben uns auch den nächsten Strandabschnitt gezeigt - der ist sehr urtümlich, nicht hoch bebaut und war immer sehr leer, traumhaft.Insgesamt für unsere Gruppe ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Delphine!

Super schönes Haus an toller Lage

Wir waren 2 Familien an je 4 Personen und waren eine Woche im Herbst dort. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und durften sogar früher ins Haus. Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt wie wo was ist und funktioniert. Alles war sauber, nur in der Küche in den Schubladen hätte besser geputzt werden können. Ansonsten war alles top, Handtücher und Bettsachen wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer waren Großzügig mit großen Betten, der einzige Nachteil, war das es keine Schränke hatte und wir aus der Koffer leben mussten. Es gab 3 Bäder, im unteren Stock gab es eine Toilette und zwei Bäder mit Dusche und einem Bad. Oben war ein Zimmer mit WC und Dusche/Badewanne. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einem grossen TV und der Esstisch bot genug Platz für 8 Personen.Der Pool draussen war sauber und der Garten ein echter Hingucker mit einer gemütlichen Lounge. Der Kohle-Grill könnte wieder mal eine Grundreinigung oder gar einen Austausch vertragen. Die lange Einfahrt war super und wir hatten mit unseren Autos Platz. Das Tor hatten wir auf Empfehlung immer geschlossen.Die Umgebung war ruhig und 3 Gehminuten vom Strand. Dieser war traumhaft schön und voller Muscheln.Einkaufen, Bäckerei und Ausflüge war alles in der Nähe, wir haben aber immer das Auto genommen. Wir können das Haus/Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen, der Beschrieb deckt sich mit der Wirklichkeit.

Excellent villa in a brilliant location

Spent two, very happy weeks at this lovely villa. Very clean and well equipped with a beautiful garden and pool. The location is outstanding as you can walk to the wonderful beach in just a few minutes. Charming shops and restaurants a 10 minutes walk away.

Heerlijk verblijf

Het was heerlijk in Cap d'Agde. Het huis ligt wat verder af van de winkels en restaurants, maar daardoor heb je wel een heerlijk rustig stuk strand. Het huis en het buitenverblijf voldoen aan alle eisen. Als ik iets zou moeten noemen, dan zou het hooguit zijn dat er wat meer ligbedden zouden moeten zijn. Vier ligbedden op acht personen is wat weinig. Ontvangst door Delphine was allerhartelijkst.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche gehabt. Großes schönes und sauberes Haus mit sauberem angenehmen Temperatur geheiztem Pool und gefleckten Garten , super ausgestattete Küche, vier verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen. Eine ruhige Lage. Zum Meer wurde uns vom Gastgeber Putz ein kurzer Weg gezeigt der ca. 5 min zur Fuß ist. Der Strand ist sauber, wird morgen früh gereinigt, leider gibt es keine Strandliegen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit eine leichte Liege zu kaufen. Der Strand ist nicht überfüllt , dass Eigentümer des Hauses war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden begrüßt mit französischem Wein. es gibt eine Kleinigkeit in Untergeschoss gibt für drei Schlafzimmer nur eine Toilette. Es gibt nicht weit einen heimischen Obst und Gemüsehändler und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca 5 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt, auch Cafeteria und ausgehobene Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Es war für uns alle eine pure Erholung, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Mit viel Freude

Fantastic Holiday Home

The home is exactly as described. Beautiful home with great spacious accommodation. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and food shops. Great location for visiting surrounding towns and attractions. The pool is beautiful and warm - just remember to pack your beach towels. The host were most welcoming.

Merveilleux séjour

angenehmer Aufenthalt

das Haus entspricht den Angaben im Inserat und man kann sich dort wirklich erholen. Es ist groß genug für Familien und bietet allerlei Komfort. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar und der Pool ist groß. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit zur Stelle und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Spacious villa but dodgy electrics and acoustics

The Villa is spacious but noise echoes. There is no door to the bedroom on the first floor. There were electrical wires lying across the road outside the house, although these were hoisted back up while we were there. High winds on a couple of days might have been the cause for power surges causing the main fuse box to trip. Unfortunately this meant we couldn’t open the (only) electrical gate to the property to get the car out - not good when we needed to take someone to the airport. Delphine was very quick to respond, but didn’t have a key to switch the gate to manual. Eventually Damien arrived and fixed a dodgy wire connection, but we were worried we might not be able to get out of the Villa. This is a major problem which needs sorting. The neighbourhood is a bit run down and there is a large campsite behind the property, although there was minimal noise from there. The beach is genuinely lovely and a very short stroll. Close to all amenities and some nice eating out options. The Cap itself seems like it has seen better days, and we luckily didn’t see any nudists. Overall a little overpriced for what it was but hosts responded quickly to problems.

Absolut zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Delphine war herausragend! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der makellosen Sauberkeit und Delphines herzlicher Gastfreundschaft. Das kinderfreundliche Umfeld mit einem tiefen und einem flacheren Poolbereich war perfekt für die Familie. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nice Family Villa

We spent a wonderful week with our three little children. The Garden was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the heated pool but also the lounge area with the BBQ grill. The house is decorated nicely and it was calm to sleep although there is a camping around. The furniture and the house equipment is not all in perfect shape and it could have been cleaner. But over all we anyway enjoyed the week.

Lovely modern villa by the sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Check in was very easy and Delphine and her husband were so accommodating and helpful. We were 2 families with 4 children in total and there was plenty of space for us all. The kids loved the heated pool which was spacious with a large, flat shallow step, great for smaller children. The pool itself was a good depth. Floats and tubes were provided as an added bonus. The outdoor kitchen/bar was such fun and the kids' fenced in playground was amazing to occupy the kids when they weren't swimming. The house was clean and well presented and all the kitchen drawers and cupboards were clean with lots of equipment. The main kitchen/living room felt bigger even than on the pictures. The whole villa is air conditioned which was very welcome in July and there were electronic blinds on every window so it felt safe. The sandy beach is a short 3 minute walk but you can also walk further to access more of Rochelongue beach and even Richelieu beach. The little centre near the house was about a 10 to 15 mins walk and we got fresh bread from there for breakfast. On one day we drove 10 minutes into the main Cap D'Agde cantre and took the little "petit train" around to see the area and then visited Luna Park amusement park. We also went on a day trip to wonderful Carcasonne which was just over an hour away. If you wanted to stay longer and see more, Barcelona is only a 3 hour drive away! There is so much to do in the area!

We spent 2 weeks in the villa. Everything was great, Delphine and her husband reacted always quickly in case we had issues or questions. The garden provides enough place to sunbath or stay in the shadows if wished. Close to everything, bakery as an example. Overall 2 very relaxing weeks.

Formidable séjour

Merci Delphine et Damien pour cet agréable séjour dans votre villa du grau d'Agde. Nous avons apprécié votre accueil, l'espace jeux d'enfants , les aménagements intérieur et extérieur, la proximité de la plage. La location est conforme aux photos avec de grandes pièces spacieuses . Le secteur est calme. Le gros plus en cette fin d'avril est la piscine chauffée à 28°. Félicitation aux personnels chargés de l'entretien pour leur gentillesse et le grand professionnalisme. Fantastique!

The stay during our holidays was just perfect. Delphine and her husband made it all very comfy. The house is well equipped. There were tips for dinner and activities. The sea is just a short 3 minutes walk away. It is a real recommendation.

Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Woche huer verbracht. Das Haus ist hat eine Super Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Für Familien top, mit dem eingezäunten Spielplatz.Pool war angenehm beheizt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Delphine war super.
