Spanning 30 m², the apartment provides a comfortable retreat with access to a communal swimming pool and a garden for relaxation. It is located in a residential area near the sea, creating a peaceful atmosphere for your stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining on the terrace with provided furniture. Open-air parking is available in the adjoining building, ensuring convenient access to the property.

    The apartment is ideally situated just 200 meters from the nearest supermarket and 1 kilometer from both the sandy beach and the vibrant city center of Agde.
