"My first time staying an a Canopy property and I was beyond impressed. Everything was so cozy and clean and aesthetically appealing. The neighborhood was safe and the train was a block away. Ideal location for those who don’t want to spend lots of money on uber or rental cars. The heated indoor pool was a plus for the winter days that I went. I felt super safe the entire time. "Unfortunately, I have a background and luxury hotels in five star Forbes service standards and the hallways were not vacuumed, but the rooms are beautiful clean and comfortable. The venues are kind of boring. I miss the original four seasons bar that was awesome. And there is construction everywhere and nothing is mentioned on the website about it so we basically had noise at 8:30 in the morning and a terrible view from our room. "

"We booked a shared bathroom room and it was never an issue. This place is unexpectedly cool, with a jazz bar downstairs. Staff were incredibly nice! The rooms are bare but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are already planning another reason to stay. We loved it!"
