"Everything, the room was immaculate, the staff was super friendly and helpful. This was the concierge, front desk and restaurant, oh and the gift shop. When ever I need to travel to Toronto this is my go to hotel "

"This hotel was so wonderful and funky in the best possible way. The lobby smelled amazing. The rooms have record players and there’s a library on one of the floors with records and books. The restaurant on the top floor has a panoramic view, delicious food, and tasty cocktails. Probably the best calamari I’ve ever had. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would 10/10 stay again. "

"Overall great stay but minor implications, ice machine on 7th floor not working or producing little ice, fridge in room not on when we got there - they fixed it. Only one house coat in room for two people. Biggest complaint bar shuts down at 11pm, went for a night cap and was closed. Somebody needs to rethink this, 2 drinks would cover the labour cost, you only need 1 person on - people want to unwind when they get back to hotel."

TVs are a little outdated good use better tv uograding my tv just squeaked at me the whole time but other then that it was a nice hotel very central 2 Parker my car underground for over 24 hrs right across from hotel for a great price and just walked everywhere. Loved thag the shopping mall was right there too. "

"I just had an amazing stay at One King West Residence Hotel in Toronto! Accommodations: The place is huge and fully equipped with everything you need. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen came with complete tools and supplies, making it easy to prepare my own meals. Bathroom: The spacious shower and bathroom were luxurious and perfect for relaxing after a long day. "This was my second time staying at the guest house. The location is fantastic, and I find the check-in process very efficient. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. The staff has also been wonderful about returning my passport, which seems to have fallen out of my backpack. If you need a solid location to stay without fancy extras, this is a great option. Can easily recommend! "
