"Excellent condition new hotel. The only thing that was annoying was that patrons at the bar/restaurant took all the under-ground and guest parking spaces on Saturday night."

"The Grand was ok. Room was comfortable and very clean. Towels etc were very clean. However, a few things were not up to scratch. 1. The bathroom had a climb in shower. Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites
"We had an ocean view room opposite the lifts. Could hear every trip the lifts made day and night. Room was clean but the bathroom needs a deep clean. Shower was in the bath but had no grab bars"
