Perfect for large families or groups, these two fully furnished homes offer spacious living areas, modern kitchens, and large backyards. The Space
This impressive dual-property listing offers not one but two stunning homes, each thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Across both properties, you’ll find eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kids living areas, and four large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy.

As you step into the first home, you’re greeted by a bright hallway that leads to the ground-floor master bedroom with a plush king bed, mirrored built-in robes, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Just across the hall is a built-in laundry, complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Further down, the spacious open-plan living area boasts an 8-seater dining table, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, and an entertainment unit with a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the basic cookware and dinnerware you’ll need. The island bench with bar stools is perfect for casual dining or enjoying your morning coffee. The second home mirrors this layout.

Step outside to the two spacious backyards, where you’ll find two separate outdoor dining areas, each with an 8-seater dining table and a Weber BBQ. For larger groups or families traveling together, an added bonus is the availability of the neighbouring property next door with a shared backyard gate that can be opened for seamless access between the two homes. Enjoy the flexibility and extra space while still maintaining privacy and comfort for everyone in your group. Both properties are equipped with all the amenities to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
These are private homes all to yourself and you won't be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Garaged parking is available on site for up to four vehicles. Street parking may be available for additional vehicles. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.

Such a beautiful and clean house!! It’s honestly unbelievable how nice the house was, from the decorations to the appliances to the comfort, they had really thought of it all. I stayed here with my family and we were a large group of 15 and we all loved it so much including the kids. They couldn’t get enough of the kids room as well as the beautifully clean backyard which they used almost the entire time to play. We honestly didn’t want to leave at the end. The accessibility between both houses made hanging out together so easy and seamless. On top of everything, the host is amazing with their communication and made our stay super easy and comfortable. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely rebook next time we’re back in Adelaide.
