Upon arrival at The Oxford, you’ll immediately feel as though you`re at home and ready to enjoy all that the city fringe has to offer. Entry into our home is via lockbox for ease of access 24 hours.

Our living is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV on the sofas, taking in the sunshine through the large living room windows, or just simply kicking back to some tunes or with a good book while you relax- sounds like the stuff holidays are made of.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of wine glasses! There are two bathrooms on site. One central bathroom with vanity, sink, shower and toilet. The second bathroom is integrated with the laundry and features a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
