Positioned within a boutique building, the apartment welcomes you into a bright and inviting interior designed for comfort and practicality. The living area offers a comfortable place to settle in, with generous seating and a large smart TV for quiet nights or shared downtime. From here, step out to the spacious balcony, where alfresco dining and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wine fridge make it easy to enjoy meals outside or unwind with a drink.

The kitchen is well set up for everyday living, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample bench space, and a central island with bar seating. A butler’s pantry keeps everything organised, while the coffee machine makes mornings simple. The dining area sits nearby, offering a welcoming place to gather over meals.

Each bedroom is designed for rest and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, private TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite. The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed with direct access to a second balcony. The main bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower, adding ease for group stays.

For those working remotely or needing reliable connectivity, the apartment is equipped with 1Gb fibre internet, delivering fast and stable speeds throughout. A dedicated workspace provides a comfortable place to focus, while a full laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer visits. Ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating ensure comfort year-round, and one secure off-street car park adds everyday ease.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
