Comfortable home

The house is clean & fully equipped. We had 2 families stayed there & the space was very comfortable with 4 bedrooms to share. The only small complaint is there are some fleas kept on bugging us around the lounge area which we think it was due to those indoor plants. Might need to spray the house with some insect spray to get rid of them. Overall, the house is spacious & plenty of space to enjoy including the sheltered backyard Thank you for a pleasant stay.

AMAZING

Bill was so so accommodating and friendly. Excellent customer service and communication skills. I really really loved my stay here and while I don't usually write reviews, I had to for this property due to how blown away I was. I highly recommend the stay here!!!

Perfect Stay!

We loved the house! Absolutely stunning so clean and well put together. Looked new and fresh. We had the groomsmen stay the night before my wedding and it was perfect for some wedding photos of the boys together! Such a great place to relax and unwind. Bill has been excellent with communication and helped make everything run smoothly! Thanks again!

Great place to stay. Even though it's not in the CBD, all the beaches and other locations are within a 15 minute drive. The place itself is brand new and kept very clean. I would happily return on my next visit to Adelaide.

Checked in to a dirty house food on floor open sauce in fridge smell was horrendous in whole property. Bill was not very helpful he’s said that it was a reasonable cleaning standard. Not for the price. very overpriced stay 5 star price for 1 star cleaning. Spent the whole 10 days staying there to try and get the cleaner GEORGE to come back and clean what he apparently cleaned hmmmm not No sign of him at all the whole stay while we were there. To say that the property has premium fixtures is a lie One example a tressell table for a dining table chairs falling apart the list goes on and on I do NOT recommend this rental as it’s dirty/ cheap ikea furniture in the whole house. Communication is very poor was putting it on his cleaner Had multiple texts with bill Every single text not as answered and just fed bs about it being a million dollar property !!!!!!!!!! And interest rates being high Which might I add affect everyone at the moment I wouldn’t recommend this rental to my worst enemy for nearly $4000 Take my warning STAY AWAY from this house

Great new home for larger group, close to cbd

We stayed at Bill's lovely new 4 bedroom house in Prospect for our son's graduation with extended family. House was very clean with new good quality fittings and equipment and Bill was very accomodating to our requests. Having the additional bathroom and sofa beds made our family stay very comfortable. I understand the house will be enhanced with additional features including BBQ area and pergola, laundry and dishwasher soon to make it an even nicer stay. So close to everything too. Would recommend

The location was perfect and the property its self has everything you need - I was able to host a small group of my friends at this beautiful house and there was plenty enough room for us to sleep. The communication with Bill was excellent and he answered any questions I had. Would definitely return again!

Weekend away w/ Friend in Adelaide

Such a lovely house, with lots of space and very clean. Very close to the city. Bill was very quick to respond to any questions we had and messaged to check up on how our stay was going. Overall fantastic stay!

If only for the lock.

Unfortunately, the rating of 2 has been given as we had trouble with the digital front door lock and were all locked outside at an unreasonable hour with a child under 5yo, despite following all the check-in instructions - and the owner was uncontactable. Apart from that, the house was clean, spacious, fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bathroom products and linens. It’s the access to the house that let us down, any owner should be contactable 24hrs when letting out a home.

We had a nice stay at this newly built house. It is very comfortabl.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had no problem with check in and the manager is very helpful. Everything is provided except that you need to bring your own toiletries.
