Unique Townhouse, set right on the beach with huge balconies on both levels to take full advantage of this absolute beachfront location.

Air conditioned and offering 3 bedrooms with Queen beds, suitable for 2- 6 adults for a romantic getaway or get together with family or friends.

Large 6 person cedar SPA on upper deck, overlooking the beach.

Lower deck with outdoor setting for alfresco living and relaxing.

Beautifully appointed lounge and dining with designer furniture.

55``TV, Blu-Ray and a selection of DVD`s.

Modern, well stocked kitchen with outlook to the sheltered and private rear lawn and garden alfresco area and outdoor kitchen including BBQ

Relax in this sheltered and lush setting after the beach.

LOCATION

Approximately 40 minutes from Adelaide city or the airport via the Southern Expressway,

Moana Beach is one of our great South Coast beaches, on the Fleurieu Peninsula, with white sand, blue water, small surf and safe swimming.

Handy to the popular ``Deep Blue`` licensed cafe with ``Australia`s best fish and chips``, seafood, salads and pizzas.

10 minutes from McLaren Vale and the many wineries and cafes of our Southern Vales wine region.

Half way to Victor Harbour and 60 minutes from the ferry to Kangaroo Island at Cape Jarvis.

Moana Beach is great for kayaking and there are fantastic bike trails along the beachfront to Port Noarlunga and the ``Shiraz Trail``, through McLaren Vale to historic Willunga and the famous Willunga Saturday Markets.

Great place & fantastic location 5*

I grew up in this area, but now live in Victoria. It was a great location close to family & friends. The house was great, the amenities were exceptional (awesome BBQ) and plenty of room to host Easter lunch for my family.The location is great, with a clear view of the beach.The owners were also great with communication and gave a quick tour of the place on arrival.

Beautiful by the beach

A beautiful place to stay no matter whether the beach weather is outstanding or windy and blustery. There is a corner or space for every occasion. The owners have thought off everything! And... the evening spa experience on the top balcony, under the stars of the southern cross, with fairy lights, added a little something to our time away - a totally unexpected treat!

Relaxing in first class

If the nicest place you’ve ever stayed is 10/10, then prepare for an 11!! A stunning house with amazing views, and thought has gone into every area to make it a comfortable and luxurious home away from home. You’ll not find nicer hosts anywhere, we were so impressed by their hospitality. The only sad thing about this property is packing up to go home!! Hope to visit again soon :)

Great long weekend

Loved how close to the beach the house was, but also loved the house itself. The outdoor area out the back was great when it was too windy out the front. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice meal at home. The furniture in every space was comfy & clean. Great communication re: the stay. Thank you!!

Beachfront in comfort

Tastefully furnished and decorated 2 storey unit with view of the sea. The warm spa in its sheltered position made it very enjoyable even on a blustery day. We had a relaxing time. Thanks so much!

What a beautiful holiday house. Perfect for us to get away. Only a couple of minutes drive to the shopping centre and Woolies. An incredible view! We loved it. Will definitely be back again.

Festival time - perfect base, wonderful location

It was truly perfect for us. A good welcome, ease of access, beautiful location, freeway to festival events, all possibly needed facilities, clean, well serviced and comfortable, friendly host.

ABSOLUTE Heaven

A perfect stay with a beautiful beach on the doorstep. Hear & see the waves from the balcony. We used the beautiful courtyard/alfresco living space everyday for dining, relaxing & entertaining. The property had every utensil and quality appliance to make spending time in the property incredibly enjoyable. Just like a home away from home. 15minutes car ride from all the food & wine experiences in McLarenvale just so convenient. You don’t get better than this holiday stay we hope to return next summer. We travelled with our dogs, they were secure and welcome and loved all the dog friendly beaches, wineries & restaurants that the area offers. Credit to the hosts for offering a top quality experience for holiday makers. This place deserves 10 stars!!

Relaxing, Location Perfection

Greeted like family by the owner. Early checkin was much appreciated. The property was beautiful, and very accommodating. Luxurious bath, spa and outdoor area. Our fur babies were welcome. Wonderful access to beach and surrounding cafes where our fur babies again were greeted with open arms. Short drive to beautiful Mc Claren Vale wine region. We will definitely make this a 2x a year short stay. Thank you Brendan & Madeline. ❤️🐾🐾🙏😊

Comfortable

This place was just as described and very clean. The outdoor patio was so nice and comfortable to sit at. The house was clean with a nicely stocked kitchen and the hot tub was so nice to use as well. Communication was easy and great with the owners. I definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again...
