Boasting a full-sized kitchen with all of the mod cons, a huge bedroom with queen size bed, second room with a double sofa bed, slow combustion fireplace, massage chair, air con, laundry facilities, study with a double sofa bed, fire pit, paved bbq area, private outdoor claw foot bath, karaoke machine, private entrance and off-street parking. Enjoy the complimentary full breakfast filled with local produce.
The property has been lovingly renovated by the owners to ensure that visitors experience the quality and comfort they deserve.
The cottage has a private entrance with a fully fenced yard.

Perfect getaway

Tracie and Ashley have thought of everything to make sure you have the most perfect stay. An amazing brekkie was supplied. Fully enclosed backyard for the dogs, and a hilarious spitting alpaca comes and says hi! Only a 5 minute drive from Hahndorf. Absolutely beautiful and well equipped cottage.

We all enjoyed our stay in such a gorgeous cottage so close to Hahndorf. Tracie & Ashley went above and beyond and we would highly recommend this beautiful property. Our puppy Rosie loved her morning & evening ‘chats’ with her neighbours (the dogs, alpaca, sheep & pony).

We very much enjoyed this property for all the added extras that were included, and we did not want for anything. It is only a very short drive to Hahndorf or any other villages for a day's sightseeing. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome for a getaway

Beautiful converted dairy. Very comfortable. Huge amount of food for breakfast and very welcoming. No detail is forgotten - far better equipped than most homes! The animals in the adjacent yard were very friendly. Outdoor bath and fire pit great additions. Could easy stay a week at this location!

Wonderful cottage, everything catered for

What a wonderful cottage, nice quiet spot just outside Hahndorf, everything catered for with a huge breakfast spread, and some cute neighbours (alpaca, sheep and pony). Such a lovely place.

Very cosy stay in beautiful surrounds

We had a very relaxing stay. Our hosts were exceedingly thoughtful and provided us with some awesome local tastes for our breakfast. We enjoyed the fireplace very much, as we stayed in winter. And our pup was very at home and enjoyed running around the paddocks.

Tracie & Ash are outstanding hosts. Underpinned by their warm, inviting, stylish cottage that wants for nothing, ample provisions and the beautiful surroundings in the charming Adelaide Hills. My partner and I very much enjoyed our long weekend stay, we had everything we needed and more to make it an extra special experience (without giving away too much for future guests). Property was clean and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the fire and drinking some local wine that hosts had provided. Thank you Tracie and Ashley for being amazing hosts, it was truly an unforgettable weekend.

This place is simply and utterly gorgeous. Wow!! We were so well looked after, Tracie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Surprise engagement weekend

Tracie, Ash and the property are all amazing - from the communication before arriving, organising a platter for the Friday night, through to facilities and ability to look after our fur baby on the Saturday, they were the perfect hosts! Wonderful pet friendly stay

Beautiful cottage with private bath and backyard for the puppies, hosts were so friendly, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort was paramount. Location was very good, all towns within 10 minute driving distance, and puppies were well looked after. Can't wait to come back again in the future.
