The villa is located in the south of Tenerife, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas in the whole of Spain, El Duque.

With a 5 minutes walk to the Bahia Del Duque beach, the most exclusive and best restaurants on the island and the Plaza Del Duque shopping center within reach, you have everything you have ever dreamt of.

We will be waiting for you to check you in, do a tour of the villa and
explain everything there is to know for a smooth, relaxing transition.

The villa:

GROUND FLOOR:

At the ground floor we have a staircase leading up to the main entrance of the villa and the swimming pool/terrace but also a huge garage which fits 2 cars that directly runs in to the entertainment room where you will find a ping-pong table, a darts and a patio where you are able to relax to the fullest.
Also located on the ground floor is one big bedroom, a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and the elevator that does all three floors, so you don't need to carry your bags up the stairs. Perfect for people who have a hard time walking up and down the stairs.

FIRST FLOOR:

At the first floor on the outside you will find our private swimming pool which is heated the whole year at 28 degrees, the terrace around the swimming pool and at the back a garden with a high quality 6 persons jacuzzi and furniture to relax.
On the inside of the villa on the first floor, we have our fully American styled equipped kitchen which leads to the terrace/swimming pool area, next to the kitchen is the living room equipped with a Smart Tv so you can stream whatever you like. Going through the hall you will find two bathrooms and two bedrooms which lead to the back garden.

UPPER FLOOR:

Arriving at the upper floor we have our master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which leads to our big upper terrace and another bedroom.

The villa is located in the south of Tenerife in the El Duque area. It is a quiet residential area, offering peace and tranquillity for your stay, whilst still sitting just a short walk from the bustling centre. Only 5 minutes walk to the majority of the entertainment centres, shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, a beautiful El Duque beach and a long pedestrian promenade.

It even has the famous adrenaline-inducing Tower of Power which is a slide at the height of 28m and goes through a huge aquarium full of sharks!

If you prefer wildlife and nature to waterparks, then you can visit The Teide national park which is home to the third highest volcano in the world standing at over 3,700 meters! There are local guides that will take you on an in-depth experience surrounding this volcano!

The villa is in a great location. Anthony is a great host and answered all of my queries. The villa is spacious. The pool is smaller than it looks but is adequate depending on how many guests there are. There is only one oven which we found difficult with 8 of us. The hot tub is a welcome addition. A very enjoyable week.

Anthony was marvellous at sorting out any issues. It is a beautiful Villa, central to everything. The stay would have been if better with these small additions. 1) A small welcome pack, even just bottles of water to after travelling for half day. AnInformation booklet about the property, which is huge, such as how hot tub works and its times. and how window blinds work in upper bedroom. This would all have helped us make more use of everything without calling Anthony. But he was very helpful anyway. Would come again. information booklet informa oeven

Host is amazing. Couldnt do enough for us. Funny happy go lucky. Very friendly and happy to help us with any needs. Dishwasher broke. Within 3hrs a new one arrived and plumbing done. The villa was amazing for us. The whole family felt safe. Even around the pool. Beach only 5 mins walk. Loads of shopping locations and Anthony the host told us the best places to visit. We will be booking again soon and staying at same villa. Superb all round.

Villa was lovely, decor a bit tired but it had everything you needed. Plenty of space for everyone. Hottub and pool was a bonus. Anthony the host was spot on from beginning to end. Had a few issues with hottub but was sorted without any problems. Definitely recommend.

Very spacious and comfortable, pool was good. A few minor issues which were corrected immediately. Slight downside was that not all bedrooms were air conditioned which I expected. There was 9 of us ,the villa was outstanding large,roomy,clean,great situation. Pool ,gardens good looked after twice a week by lovely gent, so polite. Overall we had no complaints. Anthony our host was a really nice man ,I called him a few times whilst we were there ,he resolved all our queries no problem. Would definitely recommend & hopefully us this or one of these properties again.

We had a great holiday, villa was very clean and was within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. It had everything we needed. Pool was great and well maintained. Property was in need of a little TLC but nothing that made any difference to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return.

The villa was excellent, very clean, modern and spacious. We were 11 family members ranging from age 4 to 77, there were so many private outdoor spaces that it was easy to get some quiet time if that’s what you wanted. The location was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The host was brilliant with communication from the minute we booked.
