"The property is dated and could use refurbishment and it's underway. Mostly it needs to be brightened up by repainting and the carpet removed and or replaced. However, everything was clean including bedding, floors and furnishings. It was an older Ramada Inn with their older dark colors. My wife and I never felt uncomfortable and would/will stay there in the future. It's location is in an area of low income spread. We read all previous ratings before going there. "They advertise breakfast but the only thing they have is Cereal, 2 apples, milk , coffee and orange juice. The staff was friendly. It is very old building that needs attention. I would not stay there for vacation. It was the cheapest motel available closest to Tampa. We used it to stay bc Tampa hotels were booked or way overpriced for our cruise. They had 3day concerts plus competitions going on that’s what it was booked It took 40 mins to get to the cruise port so that may be an option...

"Not enough towels, towels were dirty and smelled odd. Bed sheets were dirty. After calling the front desk, I was told no extra towels and if i wanted new clean ones to bring her the dirty ones. No extra pillows, no extra blanket. Staff wanted to argue. Parking lot had loud people drinking and partying. Terrible hotel."
