Man muss also ein Auto haben,sich gut auskennen um an einen Badeabschnitt am Meer zu kommen. - Pool wie in der Beschreibung zwar vorhanden aber ohne Wasser und man sieht schon lange nicht mehr benutzt - Stromkosten sind fast doppelt wie normal in der Gegend - Besitzer geht davon aus das man den kompletten Müll beim Auszug entsorgt. "Casa accogliente, pulita, confortevole e ben accessoriata. Letti comodissimi, doccia esterna con acqua calda molto apprezzata, giardino incantevole e molto curato. Amaca divertente. Sono presenti tanti spazi esterni fruibili a piacimento . Posto auto ampio e comodo. Proprietari gentili, disponibili e pronti ad accogliere ogni richiesta o necessità. In sintesi posto eccezionale e consigliato caldamente a tutti."

"The house has the most magnificent view over olive and lemon trees towards the sea - with the chance to see the Aeolian Islands in clear weather. With the terace having space in the east, west and north you can always find a spot protected from the wind to sit outside.The owners are very helpful and friendly.Only drawback would be relatively long drive from the house to the closest highway entry. "Die Villa liegt herrlich oberhalb von Capo D´ Orlando. Der Tennisplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Der Pool ist sehr Groß 6mX12m. Außenrum gibt es viel Grün. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist überdacht und ebenfalls groß. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das einzige was uns fehlte war ein Geschirrspüler. Wenn es Fragen gab, der Vermieter war immer erreichbar."
