"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"The breakfast was awful, eggs tasted like powder eggs, sausages we lousy, no pancakes, blah, no butter for pancakes or for toast. I would rather see them drop the breakfast and lower the room rate the coffee was very good was Lavaza brand."

"The hallway smelled like pure garbage, and a lot of people were loitering with alcohol and maybe drugs outside in the parking lot throughout the day, night, and morning."

"The rooms are very clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable. The staff are so kind. The breakfast is good and the wifi speed is quick as well. I stayed there for 3 nights and it was fun! I left my sweater there and they were kind enough to look in their lost-and-found to see if it was there. 05/26/2026"

"It was just adequate. It smelled funny when I first opened the door. Eau de dog or smoking. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. The kitchen was decent and the bed and sheets were decent. Seemed a little run down. I would not stay there again."

"The staff was nice during check in. It’s clear this property has not been updated since it was built. The hallways smelled and the furniture and appliances were super old. The price and location was convenient, but I will definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else the next time I need a hotel in this area. The bed was sooooo hard."

"The rooms were nice and large and quiet even though it was a 2 min walk from the waterfront/main beach area. A perfect stay!"

"Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return."
