"Mary was an amazingly sweet and gracious host for known reasons. Very kind and humbling. The motifs for every room and area was wonderfully eclectic and so much fun. Lastly, no way you can beat the proximity to the Barter unless you sleep on the front steps of the theatre. Lovely stay. We love Abingdon! "

"This is a gem of a place. Secluded, quiet, conveniently located to Grayson Highlands state park. The wood stove was just what we wanted to stay toasty on the cold windy nights. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathtub is fantastic. Communication was great and we had no problems getting in. We plan to return soon!"
