"Ms. Regina touched base a day ahead about check in which made the day of our arrival super easy. Everything about the house suited our needs from sleeping accommodations to kitchen supplies to hang out space for chit chats and board games. If your vacationing with someone whose experience is enhanced by the curb appeal (inside and out) this house is perfect- my sister is an artist and we were there to celebrate her 40th birthday and the house and all the interest of it meant a lot to her. "The best part for us was the quiet, privacy, and view that allowed us to relax. The cute cabin was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The two porches had an amazing view. The walk down to the lake on the well-constructed stairs and landings to the dock was a hidden gem. We even caught some fish and would like to return again."

"Loved staying here. Roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. Beds comfortable. Nice deck and furniture to sit out. Loved the view of the lake and mountains from the deck. Pool was a huge fun time for the kids. We are planning on coming back next summer! Highly recommended!!"

"Beautiful place right on the river."

"Great, short stay at Mike's place. Cabin was cozy and had great amenities. Host communication was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.Two downsides:#1 - we couldn't stay longer!#2 - dogs across the street are kind of noisy...but that's not on Mike, just the nature of dogs."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. "This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax."

"The cottage was peaceful and a perfect place to send my parents to relax. The check in process was a bit odd, the cottages are not clearly marked, they had to guess which cabin was theirs and try their code. Otherwise, this place was perfect. Cozy, clean, and the hosts were quick in response and great hosts! "

"Loved this house. I treasured the peace of drinking my coffee on the swing in the gorgeous back yard with the sounds of the water falls and bird song. We enjoyed seeing all the colors of the Koi fish. Very safe neighborhood close to necessities. House was very comfortable and my bed was firm but easy on my joints. Spa tub in bathroom helped relax muscles sore from too much activity. Margaret was friendly and helpful without being intrusive at all. She went out of her way to make our stay...

"It was wonderful, This was our second time staying here, so we knew where to go. Everything worked out great, An added bonus was seeing the nightly visits from many deer eating apples off the front yard tree."

"This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. Some minor repairs are needed, but other guests mentioned them so I did not feel I had to communicate them as well. I actually prefer the no contact check in because my dog does not care for...

"We had an excellent time Bear Cub as a family of 4. I was so impressed with how CLEAN it was and I am so picky about that. It smelled truly clean and not a speck of dirt or dust. The grounds are maintained so it was easy to access and walk the dog. We had a blast on the lake and love the area. It is very rural so be prepared! The kids loved playing in the loft but did end up sleeping in the primary (room with a door that shut) and mom and dad got relegated to the smaller bed but still everyone...
