"Pros: front desk staff were lovely, price was good, equipped with coffee maker/microwave and fridge, and the pool was great for a young child.
Cons: the room was fairly rundown (they are currently under renovations but our room was older), the pool needs a deep clean and upgrades, the cleanliness of the room was not great (corners and edges of carpet showed dirt and debris) and stains on walls, and worst of all there were silverfish in the coffee bar area.
The silverfish problem alone would...

"Room was not very clean upon arrival. Let front desk know. Not sure if cleaning staff cleaned again. Was able to get an early check in. Was quiet considering the long weekend. As in not much noise.

"I did not get the room I booked a month in advance and was told it was because I booked on Expedia. The blinds in the room were broken. The experience was not nearly as good or pleasant as my first time staying there. The hotel as gone down hill for sure."

"The location is pretty good as you’re just a skip away from a main highway that will take you anywhere in Kamloops within minutes. The room was tiny though and the amenities (pool/hot tub) had greenish water. Breakfast was ok with 2 hot items (egg patty and breakfast sausages). The front desk and breakfast room staff where nice, but our room didn’t get cleaned (2 night stay)
