"The house was wonderful clean and we had the best time. The only complaint in the house was the master bed was a little stiff for my liking but the rooms and bathrooms were amazing. The house being in the intercoastal was great for fishing but I should not have brought my boat as it did take a beating on the pier! Thanksfully they had bumpers and great boat paring! Will stay again. "

"Had a very relaxing stay. The only reason for four stars on the location was it was so far from everything. That could also be a plus, but we were not prepared for it and had to make a couple of 60 mile round-trips into Bay City. I was amped about all of the positive fishing reviews, but alas, the wind, and all of the rain made the fish scarce. "We had a great stay at Little Salt. We are a tall couple with a 6' grandson, but we had enough space in the well-planned tiny house. It was great to fish from the back yard and we even took a little time to visit the beach. The community is very friendly and we felt safe. Be sure to do your grocery shopping before you get there. We hope to return soon!"

"This is the second time we have rented this house for a vacation and I give it 5 stars. The house is clean, has all the supplies and amenities you need. The fishing is also great. Views of the river are nice and kids enjoyed watching the boat traffic throughout the day and the place is very calm and peaceful throughout the day, especially in the mornings and evenings. The only complaint is that the ac is not able to keep up with the size of the home. Although they have portable units in 3 of the rooms the house was still warm in the two rooms without the portable units and also in the living room/dining room as the portable unit is not big enough for the size of the room.
