"Ich war während meiner Geschäftsreise vom Hotel beeindruckt. Der Check-in verlief äußerst komfortabel, selbst spät abends. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Die Dusche war fantastisch und das Bett gemütlich. Das Personal war freundlich, könnte aber gelegentlich die Reaktionszeiten verbessern."

"Everything shown in the photos and described in the listing is inaccurate. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our experience was disappointing.
All communication was in German, which made it difficult to understand important information. While the property itself was clean and appeared to be new, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and after reaching the building we discovered there was no elevator—only more than 90 steps and a large staircase. Es gibt kein(e) getrenntes Schlafzimmer. Man muss schon etwas gelenkig sein, um ins Bett zu kommen."
