Mayen

"The hotel is set on a hill with a beautiful view over the valley. The parking is excellent, secure and safe. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. We were travelling and stopped for the night. The wifi was strong and I was able to get some work done at the desk. There was also a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a bottle of water. They had a nice looking breakfast buffet. We did not have breakfast but it did look very good. We would absolutely stay here again and even spend more...

"キーの受取メッセージがドイツ語のみで分からなかった。 翻訳アプリを使おうと思ったが近くにいたSpeedy's B&Bと書かれた黄色のコルベットから降りてきた男性に入室方法を聞いた方が早いと思い彼に聞いたが非常に面倒くさそうな態度だったため不快に感じた。 接客は彼の本来の業務ではなと思うが困っている客がいるならもう少し親切にしてほしかった。 The message regarding key pickup was only in German, so I couldn't understand it. I considered using a translation app, but I thought it would be faster to ask the man who had just stepped out of a yellow Corvette marked "Speedy's B&B" nearby; however, his attitude was extremely dismissive, which I found unpleasant. While...

"The good= room had a balcony, hotel is nicely situated in a tranquil location, buffet style breakfast was adequate, water/coffee are free, alcohol is available for purchase. What could be improved= overall the hotel could use a facelift, check-in/welcome was ok, not sure, if the onsite restaurant was even in operation, castle is not walking distance and closes at 5 pm. "First time at Nurburgring and location with parking was excellent and nice to have a space reserved. Booked 2 rooms. Basic twin room was fine. Junior suite wasn’t so good. Big open space not really used. Sofa looked tired, no privacy in bathroom (just a bead curtain) and the toilet could only accessed through the lounge area. Shower was very dark and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Pillows were terrible, no substance and lumpy. Aircon was not working despite the room being 26 degrees in...
