"This hotel has a terrible smell in the rooms. The first one smelled like it had 20 air fresheners. It was so strong that it made me start coughing. I asked for a different room and that one smelled like a rotten trash can. I had to keep the window open and fan on to be able to sleep. It’s a very new and clean looking hotel but it smells awful!! "

"The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

"The staff greeted us as we walked in and gave us bottles of water! This was very kind as it was a hot day in AZ. The staff checked on us throughout our stay and were kind. The breakfast was pretty good and filling with lots of choices. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay."

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

"None of the pictures on Expedia are update, they are pictures from years ago. The rooms stink, the hallway carpets are dirty and trash everywhere, the sidewalks haven't been washed down in years, the pool was green and slim floating at the bottom. Lots of street people. The women at the front desk were very accommodating and tried to fix the situation. We finally stayed at a loft there because when we rented it, it didn't give address until after we paid again and landed up being the same place....
