"TV didn't work - had to change rooms because it is tied into the billing. maintenance team tried to fix it. Then were fine. Breakfast made my husband and I sick. Could have been the greasy thin bacon that was way overcooked. The new room had a bathroom faucet that had very little water coming out of it. We called maintenance and the guy came looked at it and decided it was the faucet filter that needed changed. He changed it and we didn't have any more problems with it. The thermostat on...

"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"

To begin with, the receptionist was on the phone throughout the entire check-in process, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. In addition, the room was described as non-smoking, but there was a strong cigarette odor as soon as I walked in. To make matters worse, the toilet had not been flushed from the previous use. I understand this is not a five-star resort, but I still expected a basic level of service and cleanliness...

"The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working "

Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us."
