"The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud."

"Hotel room was really nice. The staff at check in and check out were super nice and helpful and the process took maybe 10 minutes total. The casino was lively and clean and the food in the hotel was a 10/10. "

"Aside from the weirdly slick and sticky floor, the zero view, and the a/c that thumped like an intruder at the door all night long: this hotel was great and the bed was unbelievably comfy. bathtub a perfect soak after a long long drive. Staff was super nice and helpful. do not uber eats from Outback, take my word on this one thing if nothing else. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly."

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. "The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful. The appearance of the property was good. My room had a very strong bleach smell. I was in a handicap room (I’m not handicapped) and there was a seat in the shower stall that was moldy. I don’t know if the bleach smell was because they were trying to get rid of that mold or what. We left the room for a while because inhaling bleach is bad for your health. I did mention to the person at the desk that the room was strong with bleach and she...
