"The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place."

Then we find out when we get there that kids are not allowed in the pool after 11 and you have to have an 100 dollar minimum per person drink/food order to use the pool. "I was disappointed with my experience. Room service took far longer than expected, which delayed our reservations and impacted our plans for the evening. Additionally, the hot tub add-on was not worth the extra cost. The water appeared dirty, and the bubbles repeatedly shut off, making it difficult to enjoy. We ended up spending our time at the regular pool instead. Given these issues, I do not feel that the experience matched what was advertised or the additional amount paid."
