"The room itself was nice especially for the price. Would be great for someone staying a few days who wanted to eat leftovers as there is a little equipped kitchenette. Two things though: 1) there was barely any toilet paper on the roll in my room and I saw no extras. Since this hotel doesn’t have lobby staff I didn’t know how to get extra tp. Thankfully there were tissues. 2) the street door to the lobby needs to be replaced- it doesn’t lock unless you really shut it hard and guests don’t do...

"The suite was excellent—very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. However, the front desk service was disappointing. Upon arrival, the man at the desk was unhelpful and made us feel unwelcome. The following day, the woman at the front desk was rude to the cleaning staff and also unfriendly toward us. The room was great, but the customer service at the front desk definitely needs improvement."
