"A beautiful stay… once you make it past the front desk The Hilton Vienna Plaza certainly looks the part! The room we had was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a location that makes exploring Vienna a breeze. And the complementary cheesecake was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite live up to the setting. Check-in was… memorable. We were given the wrong room number, and the staff seemed more interested in helping the guests who cut in front than the ones patiently waiting....

"This is a fantastic hotel with lovely rooms, the most fabulous breakfast, and transport to the airport right on your doorstep. The walk into town is a 10 minute stroll (with a great coffee house or two en route). We only had one towel in our room (despite asking for a new one twice) and couldn’t get the tv in the room to work, but this didn’t detract from the overall positive experience."
