"Check in was fine and valet parking service good. However, the rest of the experience was poor, it took 10 min waits every time had to use elevators and only 2 seemed to be working and no air conditioning in elevators. The room lacked basic amenities such as tissue box or slippers and had to request from front desk, cleaning service very slow and the room was good size suite but was dated and in need of upgrade. Few power sockets and none near washroom or mirror to use hairdryer. It was a 3-star...

"One of the best stays, all staff members we encountered were so nice, accommodating and helpful! The property is clean and spotless, the views from the room are spectacular, the breakfast had a wide selection and everything we tried was amazing! The spa is something different all together and I would highly recommend this hotel and the spa to anyone interested in a bit of some pampering and disconnect!"

"Great location and creative, spacious rooms. However, the parking is a real issue. You have to valet your car and there is self park option. If you self park you have still get a valet guy to collect your car in the morning! This process results in long wait times at the weekends and evenings. It is an inefficient and a complete loss of independence. Other than that the hotel is good."
