"This hotel sucks. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets were stained. Hotel service was bad. They never answer phone calls. The hotel caught fire, there was no fire alarm to notify residents, they now quickly rushed us out and took us to terrible hotel and didn’t give us no updates while my flight was next ..."
