"Villa Florentine was nice but not as upscale as some of the other Relais & Chateau properties I have stayed at. The room service breakfast was not very good and overpriced. The layout of the suite was difficult with the bed upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly."
