They admitted my request upon a high floor room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast: While the backed goods were good, the juice was diluted and tasted not that great. Same with the coffee - had to put an extra expresso on top to get some flavor. Fruit and selection in the breakfast buffet was good. Overall...
