"Great location first of all. Not far from the Pointe. The Market. And walking distance to PNC Park. And the on off bus that takes you around. And a tour guide tells you about different buildings attractions ect. Stops right at the hotel. AWESOME LOBBY. My room was clean. The staff all were friendly. From the people that take care of the room to wait staff ect. All say Hi with a smile. If I can say one negative thing. But no biggie. Every hotel is different. I just wish breakfast was free. But...

"The room was very small for two people with luggage but it’s a cute vintage style hotel, well located, in a quiet area. Valet Parking was super expensive so we used Spot Hero and parked on the parking structure across the street for half the price (no in & out privileges) and we walked every, used a Lyft a couple times"

"We loved our stay at the beautiful Kimpton Monaco. Comfort and quality. The staff provided excellent service despite a full hotel with four wedding parties staying there. Love the art deco theme throughout. Room was large and well appointed, bed super comfortable. Sunday morning breakfast service was terribly slow as was valet car retrieval. Otherwise all good. Would return. "

"Had a good stay at the hotel. I was surprised to come a bit late after 9 pm and still be offered a warm cookie. The bathroom and living space at my room were clean and spacious. It is within a few minutes drive from various restaurants. I was able to find a parking space but it can be full at times. "

"Parking is expensive. Valet parking overnight at $65 is very expensive. Hotel is OK but overpriced for what it is. Getting extra pillows involved 3 phone calls. Restaurant is very slow moving so if you are in a hurry avoid it. They got my wifes hamburger order completely wrong. Very much not the Fairmont experience I have had in the past. Front desk people very nice and friendly "
