"Location is very good, especially if you want to walk the river. That’s about it. Hotel is tired, staff is all over. Staff is traveling up and down with you with all the equipment for cleaning, which smells very strong. Main lobby is packed with linens and main elevators faces hotel storage/equipment and pretty much everything else door that was always open. Personal is alway talking to each other and making jokes, laughing as if they were in their own house. Restaurant that is attached was not...

"We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days.
