"Don’t rely on the photos, some of the rooms are very outdated. Wasn’t super clean on arrival, stains on the sheets, wallpaper peeling, bathroom stains everywhere. The lights in the bathroom weren’t always working. "

"Parking fee!! Be aware!
Expedia informed me this would be a $376 stay and I was skeptical when others were saying there is a parking fee they charge and inform you about (they should include this! Being informed of the parking fee upon arrival is ridiculous)
When we arrived to the hotel, the front desk personnel informed us there is a usual parking fee but this time around it’s complementary.
After our stay, we still weren’t told what the price of the parking fee was. Come to find out it...

"We arrived and the reception guy was the rudest person Ive ever had to speak to. I asked to add my husbands Marriott number and he ga e me such a hard time! I will NEVER stay there again! So rude! Ive never had an issue until oir stay there. Theb we had to change rooms because our bed had a huge hole! After drivinf 6 hours having to change rooms was horrible!

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower...

"Breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful, and while there was a lot of outside noise (Cinco de Mayo weekend), Xi couldn't hear a peep from neighbors.
Just be aware that you'll hear the nightlife and plan accordingly!"
