"The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. "What a great place! The staff was friendly and helpful; location was ideal; bed was extremely comfortable; room was surprisingly quiet given its location. The only downside was that the carpets in our room had just been cleaned (literally they were finishing up as we were walking into our room) so they were wet and the room wreaked of cleaning chemicals.
