"Nice property, clean and near Dotonbori. Walking distance to markets and food. Our bathroom has a pee smell near the toilet area. We sprayed but smell was still there. Hotsprings area was really nice and clean and they have free washing but need to pay to dry which is reasonable. Nice touch with the free ice cream and free ramen noodles at night. "

"The buffet was amazing! Some traditional food some western food. Donuts, smoothies and ice cream! Coffee and lattes and the hotel was extremely clean and safe! You can walk to Universal and it is really close to the metro! We loved our stay here! Oh and an added bonus they had hot dogs and ice cream at night for free! Make sure to pay for the morning buffet though well well well worth it!"
