She helped us store our luggage prior to check-in and after checking out so we didn’t have to lug it around Interlaken while we explored the area. She also upgraded us for the second night which was so thoughtful of her! The breakfast was great and we ate in the hotel restaurant both nights. The food and service were excellent!
