"Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps. "

"Loved our stay here. The views from the hotel are incredible. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble getting into the laundry as there is only 3 washing machines on site and it is a large hotel. They did however refund unused laundry tokens at reception. The location out of Interlaken, which is a 20min drive, made it a very peaceful place to stay. There are loads of activities auitable for families with young children. Breakfast was included...
