"I made a reservation for dinner at the regular Loews hotel through the front desk of the actual hotel I stayed at. I’m not sure how but they didn’t have it when my friends went to check and drop off the cake. I have the confirmation text and everything so that was irritating. We were able to get in still, there was only 6 of us but I feel as though that wasn’t ok. Other than that, everything was good. "

The rooms are HUGE by normal hotel standards, and each room is maintained to the highest standards. The bar scene is one of the best (even with the locals!), offering live entertainment and excellent cocktails. And the staff is professional and welcoming, without being stuffy. I love everything about this hotel and will continue to frequent it. "
