"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....

"We spent 4 nights at this hotel, having chosen it because of its proximity to the lake and the old town. While it's good in that respect, it unfortunately made for a very noisy stay, with traffic noise abating only slightly during the small hours. The glazing provides very poor sound insulation. The weather was very warm and it was stifling in the room, there being no air conditioning and the provided fan being noisy and innefective. So we never had a decent sleep. The room itself was clean...
