"The premium rooms are spacious for Japan and stylish. Beds are comfortable and Tempur pillows were good. Only negative, they would not allow you to take drinks purchased from the bar to your room which was disappointing "

"This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious with a zen Japanese design. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. There’s free coffee, cappuccino, beer and wine in the lobby 24x7. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it! "

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Just be aware that if you choose a Japanese bed type it's very firm. Wasn't a huge issue though and still managed to get a full night sleep."

"It was great. The employees were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We would definitely stay there again. The only downfall was the AC system but it’s probably just because we are not use to Japan heat. Overall this place is AMAZING! "
